1. Services Description
We provide web development, design, maintenance, and digital solutions. Scope defined per project agreement. Changes require written approval.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
- • Must be 18+ or authorized representative
- • Accurate info required; we may suspend inaccurate accounts
- • Responsible for all activity under your account
3. Payments & Billing
Payments via Stripe. Invoices due Net 15.
- • Fees as quoted; taxes extra
- • Late payments: 1.5%/month
- • Refunds: case-by-case, no guarantees post-delivery
4. Intellectual Property
Client owns deliverables upon full payment. We retain pre-existing IP rights and license for portfolio use.
You grant us license to use your materials.
5. Confidentiality
Mutual: protect confidential info 5 years post-term. Exceptions: public domain, required disclosure.
6. SMS/Mobile Terms
Opt-in required. Reply STOP to opt-out. Msg&data rates apply. Support: HELP or support@cinnamon.digital
Privacy Policy applies.7. Limitation of Liability
Total liability capped at fees paid in 12 months.
No indirect/consequential damages. Services "as is".
8. Termination
- • For cause: immediate
- • Without cause: 30 days notice
- • Pay for work completed
9. Governing Law
Illinois, USA. Disputes in Cook County courts. No class actions.
10. Changes
Posted here. Continued use = acceptance.
